Graffiti is everywhere in Vila Madalena. But when you’re making your way down Rua Harmonia right before you hit Rua Luis Murat, keep your eyes peeled on the left for a hidden alley. Entering this rabbit hole will take you into a winding area called Beco do Batman, or Batman’s Alley, where the walls behind the houses form a flowing concrete canvas for graffiti art reserved for only heavyweight names such as Highraff and Speto.
