Post-club munchies are to be credited for all the hustle and bustle—and the sometimes stomach-grumbling wait—at the Consolação location of the small chain, a pizza joint that sells by the slice until the morning hours when toothpicks are instead used to help prop open eyelids. Apathetic pizza boys build orders on the spot, generously topping wide, thin triangles with sun-dried tomato and arugula or a sweet version with chocolate. College kids in jeans and clubwear stand by in zombie mode.
