What are your shipping options?
Standard (3-9 business days): $3.99
USPS Priority (2-3 business days): $6.99
UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day (next and second business days, respectively, if order is placed by 8 a.m. PST): Varies depending on where item the item will ship. Once you enter your shipping information at checkout, the system will give you a price for these methods before you confirm your payment.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Guam and Puerto Rico are included in these rates but delivery times are as follows:
Guam: 3 days for USPS Priority, up to 10 days for Standard.
Puerto Rico: 3 days for USPS Priority, up to 11 days for Standard.
APO/FPO: 7-13 days for USPS Priority, up to 24 days for Standard.

International: Because rates and times vary depending on which country you're in, please contact us for pricing and shipping info. For orders shipping to Canada, expect 5-7 business days.

We base our estimated delivery times on information from USPS and UPS.

We are not responsible for any additional charges (duties, taxes) that may occur upon delivery.

When will my order ship?
Standard and Priority orders ship within two business days (often sooner) when placed by 6 p.m. PST.

UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day ship same day if placed by 8 a.m. PST.

If you're outside of the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam and international locations), we'll send out your package within 3 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your package is out the door of our warehouse, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number at USPS.com or UPS.com.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Please note that you DO NOT need a PayPal account in order to buy from us; we're just using their super-duper-easy interface to help us process orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but shipping charges vary depending on where you are. If you're from outside of the U.S. and its territories and Canada, contact us with your country, city and postal code so we can get your shipping costs and options sorted. NOTE: If you make an order from a country other than the U.S. and Canada, the system WILL let you buy the book, but the shipping will show up as $0.00, which is incorrect. We will refund these orders and ask you to make the payment again with the correct shipping charge added, an amount of which we'll send to you. Hope this makes sense.

When can I expect my order?
Standard: 3-9 business days

I'm taken to PayPal at check out. Do I need a PayPal account to buy with you?
Not at all. When you're ready to make your payment, you'll see two options on the screen: On the left side, to buy without signing up for PayPal; on the right side, for PayPal users who want to make their payment from their account. Choose the method that's most convenient for you.

Will I be charged a sales tax?
Orders that ship to California are charged a sales tax of 9.75%.

What's your returns/exchanges policy?
Returns must be mailed within 30 days of order arrival date. Returns received after 30 days of order arrival are issued a store credit. All returns must include original packaging. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability.

Sale or discounted items are sold as final sale (non-refundable and non-exchangeable).

In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a note telling us whether you'd like a return or exchange.

We recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or other registered service so you have a record of the return. Books must be returned in perfect condition, so please handle items with care.

We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders.
