This gold mine of retro set in an old house is no different in price than those of other thrift stores, but it wins high fives in the variety category. It features more choice cuts of cool than you could shake a MGMT stick at, even if the unfair ratio of women's to men's options leaves male customers with much to be desired. Mannequins are posed in various flirtatious positions, but be careful, that other mannequin is actually the shop's owner. Snoop your way through two floors, and use the op to take a peek at the rest of the house. Take grana (cash), 'cause the credit card machine is likely to be out of order, and spend the rest of the afternoon heading through the back streets to show off your new threads while kicking back at the bars and cafes in what locals like to say is the new Vila Madalena.
